Brilliant and decent position not far from Cardiff, city center, and centre, and airy room.

Every time we stay in Cardiff, like to stay here. It has marvellous, unbeatable setting, very close to the city centre, Cardiff castle and another Easyhotel in London. Superfriendly and welcoming staff as one would expect.

The proximity to local attractions is a major plus.

Noise from the cleaning staff was disruptive during the day.

the hotel was clean, staff was welcoming. i had compact, spotless room complete with value of money and shower and cupboards. the location was marvellous, at a short distance from principality stadium. you guys made my stay comfortable.

Rooms too small for comfort!!! Opening windows would improve ventilation!!! No cutlery or coffee-making facilities in rooms is quite inconvenient!!! Air conditioning units need better operation!!! Lack of daily housekeeping shows need for improvement!!!

The lack of free parking is a hassle, especially since the nearby multi-storey parking system can be unpredictable with its discount codes. The glass bathroom door does little to provide any privacy or noise control, which isn't ideal when traveling with teens. The room's layout feels cramped. If there are more than one of you, it's a logistical juggling act just to move around the bed. A couple of simple amenities like a towel hook or more than one towel rail would go a long way in making the stay more comfortable. Plus, without basic items like a kettle or cups, it felt a bit barebones, leaving you to fend for yourself if you want hot drinks or even a glass of water.

This spot is perfect if you like to walk! Just a short stroll to shops and cafes. The room was clean and the bed super comfy, but space is a bit cramped. Didn't have any dining options, but there are plenty nearby.

It was just a balanced option for a weekend breather in Cardiff with a reasonable price. The shower had decent water pressure despite the compact space. Consider bringing a few hangers for your clothes as there's no closet.

Great location near the bay, but the room felt a bit cramped.

A basement double room with no windows was cramped, especially with luggage, but the self-controlled heating made it cozy. Cleanliness was on point, and having an en-suite bathroom added convenience. For a one-night stay, the room served its purpose, though it was quite small. The homemade sweets were a good touch.

Great Budget Family Getaway!

We stayed for three nights in a spacious Twin Room! The lobby offered coffee, a good touch! Though we wished for more hangers in our family room, the staff swiftly provided a toilet brush upon request. Perfect for families exploring Cardiff!

The location provided easy access to the city centre. Staff were friendly and accommodating, quickly addressing issues like the TV and providing extra bedding. The room was super clean and featured a comfy bed, although it lacked perks like a window, which could enhance the experience.
